What are the most effective types of workout for losing fat? I have been lifting weight for some time but I am not losing the fat that i want. What workouts can help me achieve that?
you really should take a look at your diet here. you can work out as 'intense' as you want but it won't mean shit if your diet sucks
an intense 1 hour workout for a normal sized guy lets say burns 500 calories.. a 'less intense' workout like that will burn 400 calories.. this is just an example.. well what difference does this make if you leave the gym and go eat a burrito that is 1000 calories?
