Is Morning Workouts Are Better Than Evenings ?? If Im Planing To Workout At 7 Am What Time Should I Eat And Whhat Should I Eat ??
My Usual Breakfast Is 5 Egg Whites 1whole And 1 Cup Of Oat
 
Morning workouts are ideal, as they are known to be good for testosterone levels. Testosterone levels are highest during the mornings, and individuals in test cases have found to have higher resting testosterone levels throughout the rest of the day than their counterparts who worked out in the evening.

In terms of post workout meal, since it's first thing in the morning after a workout, you'll need fast release protein and quick carbs. you should also have slow release carbs such as the oatmeal, since that meal is essentially your breakfast and will have to start your day.
 
I have done both. I use to work out after work and would not have any energy, feel tired and usually nap afterwards. I work nights now and workout right after I wake at 4pm (my morning). I feel much better and more energized for the rest of the day.
 
If I'm doing something in the morning I prefer it be cardio. For lifting I'd rather have a full day of food in me
