Morning workouts?

Hey guys, about 1 week ago i posted a huge thread about helping me out since i cant gain weight, buti cant fnd the thread, oh well..here is my question.

Is it ok to workout in the morning on a near empty stomach, and then eat the day away? i used to workout around 9 p.m, then eat 2 more meals afterwards and go to bed. Since i havent grown in the past 5 years (i wish my other threadwas around, told you the whole story as to what happend) i was thining about changing it up and working out in the morning and to have like a glass of milk and a banana befoe i go, or something of that sort, and then have the rest of my meals. Is this ok vs working out in the evening? is there any advantages/disadvatages working out in the morning? thanks guys, i am really looking forward for your help.

p.s.- besides trying to change my workout program, i am also wanting to work out in the morning because i am just not hungry when i wake up So i am thinking if i wake up, have something very small, workout, then i will be hungry and eat the rest of my 5-6 meals. What do you guys think? thank you

I find it difficult to get really motivated at the gym in the mornings...just don't have the energy that I do in the afternoon. I'd say give it a try and see how it goes for you. You should probably try to get some carbs down at minimum before you hit the iron though.
