I sip on 40grams of whey iso while I scramble three whole eggs and one cup of egg whites. Then I would have a whole cup of cooked oats mixed with one half cup of frozen blueberries, splenda, and skim milk. This is my typical breakfast of champions. I would wait an hour and then pop some stims, mix some BCAA/Leucine in water and head to the gym. I personally don't train first thing in the morning. I always have better workouts with a few meals in me. Then again I am not on that high octane stuff either.
