anyone else do morning fasted workouts and what were your experiences
I have been doing them for 2 weeks and it was hard at first but I have been getting used to it. At first I had no energy but now I seem to be more energetic
100% when i train in the morning cardio or weights i train fasted. so much more energy cause your body doesn't have to waste energy digesting food your whole workout
