I don't eat before morning cardio, except for a Hydroxy or NYC tab. I don't really have time to though, I get up at 4 to get to the gym by 5 to do 30 minutes of cardio, some abs then shower and head to work by 6:10. I get to work about 7 and then I will ussually eat a can of Tuna and some wheat thins. 2 hours later Myoplex, 2 hrs, can of Tuna and crackers, 2 hrs turkey breast sandwich, crackers and yogurt, 2 hrs Tuna and crackers, 2 hrs Myoplex then to gym to lift. After lifting I ussually eat a couple chicken breast with veggies.
I wish I knew the caloric intake of this, probably should figure it out because I am trying to cut. And by the way, I hate tunafish.
