I'm trying to shoot for the lightweight class at my competition, but I've been hovering at 167-170 for the last 2 weeks, all while doing 1 hour of cardio and 50g MAX of carbs per day. I cant understand why my weight hasn't moved, but the Fina at 75mg per day may explain it. Fuck it, I'll probably compete as a middleweight. No sense in sucking myself down to 150 because I probably cant lose 20 pounds in 5 weeks anyway considering I'm nearly "to the skin" right now as it is.

Here you go baby! ;D I snapped these pics this morning after cardio. I've been taking pictures every Saturday in order to gauge my progress. It's cool to see how all the strict dieting, cardio, and training are really making a difference, and it's also encouraging and keeps me going.

how can you control your cravings to only eat 50 g of carbs per day what is your nutrient breakdown fat/carbs/protien do you drink an ocean full of water so you dont stay hungrey or is it some type of appetite suppreasant
 
I wouldn't eat before morning cardio but I think that 10 grams of glutamine might be helpful. - cbeaks
