i think they do have some good stuff, but it is rather well barried among BS

that way you get more recovery time on the weekend

the last few times i sprinted.....i couldnt walk. (thats why i was hesitant to put them in on the same day)

I sprinted last night......and was fine. I could have easily done a training session of weights.

I can only include this for the next 8 weeks........then once i get out of gen. prep. i will have to ditch them ( i think depends on how i progress)
