More nutrition from supplements

I don't think that I am eating enough during the day
and I don't want to really take a meal replacement shake or a meal replacement meal
so which supplements would be able to fill in some of the extra food that I'm missing out on?

You don't mention eating more actual food.

Perheps you need to look into healthy Nutrition bar instead Shake, even if your nutrition is on-point, most people still need supplements. Now, this wasn't always my answer. In school we were taught that if you're eating a balanced diet, getting all the recommended servings of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and dairy, you may not need supplements.
