My first big bulk a few years back I did the GOMAD diet (gallon of milk a day for those who aren't familiar) anyway between that and the six big meals I was eating every day I ended up in terrible shape at 210lbs and bodyfat in at least the mid 20's, I've never had so much attention from women before or since, no matter how ripped I've been since then, when I was at my fattest that's what they liked best.... However I agree with Rick, I also do this for myself, and I prefer my bodyfat in single digits....
