Here is me trying to lift 135lbs, I know my form sucks but please help. Its hard cause i work out in a gym full of chicks! I have no one to help my form and i look like a chump videoing myself
My power clean form sucks so I won't comment much except that you might want to dip a little lower on the catch. Also I'm assuming you are trying to clean and jerk the weight right? Try doing a full split jerk instead of just a push press like you did you will able to use more weight.
