It depends on your set/rep scheme for each exercise. I am assuming you are doing a Westside routine? If so then you will be going for a max single or triple on the 2 board. If you wanted to use the Floor Press as a tricep exercise, that would be ok, but I wouldn't advise maxing out on the floor press after maxing out on the 2-boards. Do something like 5 x 5 for the floor press as an assistance exercise.
Personally, I think there are a lot better tricep exercises than a floor press.
Your speed workout should be 72 hrs apart from your max effort day. You will be using 40-60% of your contest max for 8 sets of 3. These reps are explosive, hence, speed bench. On max effort day, you aren't really working on speed, but each of your max effort attempts you should EXPLODE the bar up as fast you can.
