More AG clen questions.

Alright, I bagged the cutting diet. I'm not competing and I feel like shit on it so screw it. I feel like I'm losing muscle when doing am cardio on an empty stomach anyway. From now on I'm just going to eat clean and healthy balanced meals with morning cardio (after a light breakfast), and pm lifting. So I think I'm going to hop on the AG clen. Right now I'm 6'00", 215 lbs, and around 10% bf. If I buy one bottle and cycle it every two weeks with some t-rex, what's a reasonable goal as far as losing bf if I keep my diet clean etc.?

do the best you can do and the rest will follow..
ill say one thing though...
AG clen is strong fuckin shit!! highly recommended!!!

I would get on some clen+T3, but you're already low-digits so it shouldn't be too hard to get down to single digits.

hey satch, what dose where you using on the liquiclen? also how did you cycle it? 2weeks on and 2weeks off or what?

10% is usually my plateau for fat loss. I don't know much about T3. Would one bottle from AG-guys be enough to last me for a while?

sorry to bust in on this thread, but I just recieved my bottle of clen from ag guys and i was wondering how much to dose. I know what to do mcg wise, but how many mcg's are in each drop, i.e., how many drops should i start off with to get 20mcgs, 40, etc.

I believe that AG clen is 200 mcg/ml. If I'm right, you'd divide 200 by 20 which gives you 10 20mcg doses per cc. With that said, 1/10 of a ml is 20 mcg's.
 
i believe there is 200mcg in a full dropper. Use a syringe to make it easier to measure. 50mcg per 1/4 cc. Or you can do if this way 25 drops per 200mcg and break it down from there.

it's 200mcg/ML, use a syring or insulin pin to MEASURE only for full accuracy

Well, if you're bagging your diet, you better not get TOO far off from it if you want to continue fat loss. AM cardio u need to keep. The clen is strong and will last you awhile...depending upon how much you need tho-dont know if you've taken it b4
 
Don't quote me on this...but I read somewhere that clen increases your metabolic rate by ~ 10%. If thats true, then my guess would be that if you were on a 2500 calorie maintanance diet...the clen would create a 250 cal/day deficit... 1750 extra cals burned/week.

what i meant is dont worry about hwo much fat youll lose!
the higher the expectations the higher the dissapointments.

just do your best and thats that...

you're partially correct, clen + T3 CAN increase your metabolic rate by a maximum of 10%, usually it's around 5-10% so not much at all. As an example, a 2000 BMR would only benefit 100-200 calories. So, as I said, it's a GREAT aid but not something you use when you're 20%+ bodyfat.

I dont know Mr.X there have been many that have taken the liquiclen at a higher BF that reported good fat loss...not optimal fat loss like if you were already lean...but has aided really well...why would you not recommend someone to take it over 20%

it's simple....someone at 20%+ bodyfat needs a good diet/cardio first not drugs.

i agree..but those same people are the one taking all the fat burners..i guess i think a little push is not bad...especially if they are getting the diet and training down everyday..thats just my .02

I'm still going to be eating lean/healthy and doing am cardio, just not on an empty stomach. I've heard conflicting reports on it anyway. I guess I am still cutting in a sense, just not so extreme on the diet with carb depletion etc. I lost 4 pounds in two weeks doing the am cardio on an empty stomach, and some carb depletion, but I think some of it was muscle because I don't look more defined, just skinnier. I retain my muscle better, and burn fat just as good, if I just eat clean and balanced.
