Bodyweight - 154.6

Preworkout shake (30 mins prior to training) - 1 serving preworkout powder of your choice + 5g EAA (HumaPro) + 5g Leucine + 5g creatine monohydrate + 2g Acetyl L-Carnitine. 1iu GH.

Intraworkout (drink throughout weight training): 40g dextrin or similar carb powder + 10g EAA + 5g leucine.

Meal 1 (post workout) - 50g whey isolate. 90g dry measured cream of rice or 1.75 cups Gerber Grain and grow oat cereal, or 70g carb from any cereal of your choice. 1 banana or 3/4 cup any berry. 1/4 tsp sea salt.

Don't see the need for the pre and intra drinks.
I do agree with this. I think fasted lifting with a post workout high glycemic would create a much better anabolic effect. Sure as heck works well for my wife and myself.

Coach believes in the pre and intra and the 2-2.5 gallons. And it's worked so far.

Current cycle is the GH and 30mg test c per week.
How are the sides? I got my wife on 10mg Test Cyp per week and 1.25iu GH daily. She was on 10mg Var but she got scared and thought her voice was changing but I think it was just a cold she had. We are going to keep her on the dosage above for longterm HRT. I see you had her on 50mg of Var. I bet her strength went through the roof on that. How long of cycles at those dosages she was on the var and for the current plan if you are willing to share that info would be great for us trying to get ideas. Thank you and tell your wife she is amazing. Love the progress she is going through.

At the end of January after bloodwork we're upping to 4iu gh, bumping test a little and adding var back in at 50mg. We got npp, primo, mast, winny, clen and t3 her coach will map in as moves through prep. She has ran everything at low doses and short esters(except primo and test c)so we could stop and get out of her system if anything popped up.

I spent hours searching the web and watching videos. Females don't talk about gear use and deny it to their grave. We talked it over and she was good trying stuff and being upfront about it. I didn't pressure her and neither did her coach this is all on her.

How does she tolerate Masteron and NPP? I have both of those and was thinking about letting my wife try it out. What is her dosage look like on those ones?

Both were 25mg 2x a week for 6 weeks during different time of the prep. Npp was early and mast last 6 weeks. Didn't have any issues.

25mg twice per week meaning 50mg per week or 25mg split into two doses? Was she stacking with Test Cyp?
 
Sorry for the lack of updates this week. I got a slap tear in my shoulder last Monday doing incline bench. Felt like someone was tearing a pork chop with their fingers in my shoulder. I tried to go Wednesday but even getting in and out of machines to do legs having to use my right arm/shoulder was a no go. No surgery as of now and it's starting to feel a little better. She hasn't missed a beat tho and that's what's important.
 
That sucks. Was it towards the end of a set with form starting to suffer?
2nd working set. Wasn't heavy(185). Slow and controlled. Felt it on the way down. Freak thing or I wasn't warm enough. It is cold here and they don't keep our gym too warm in the winter. I'll be fine. Just haven't went with her. Better not to tempt myself.

Get better. Make sure you get it checked out if you have insurance.

It happened last Monday. I went to the Dr on Friday. Xray was fine she said she saw a little swelling but i cant see it. Said it was a slap tear. I go on the 23rd for a shot for inflammation. She said it should heal on its own and the shot is to help woth discomfort. Only restrictions are if it hurts don't do it. I thought that was strange but she's the doc. Again this is me not her. She's fine and is still going hard. I just haven't been there for pics.

You might want to get one of those infrared light therapy guns as it heals things much faster. I just ordered one myself from amazon.
 
I've thought about getting some BPC-157 to try. Heard good things about it.
My wife and I both tried it. I don’t know how to feel about it. My understanding is it increases blood volume and help’s circulation. I think EQ would do as good a job in that area. I suppose you can try it out.
 
She went ham on the hack machine today. Was getting on legpress when I was leaving for work. Gets a moderate high day today(extra rice lol). Bloodwork tomorrow

How much size and strength has she put on during the bulk?
 
bpc will speed up healing, but isn't gonna cause a miracle to happen
 
Lb 4 Lb she is the goat and her level of dedication is unmatched, she is a inspiration for the community and for all the women who take lifting and fitness seriously.
