stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator Apr 24, 2019 #4 eating 1 meal a day is nothing new.. it is called OMAD diet. but no the idea isn't to eat ALL YOUR FOOD for the entire day in one shot.. you still eat a proper meal that is healthy in that 1 meal.

I mean, you could technically to get your macros in....but it's far from ideal. On weekends I typically have my macros split into two meals, but one is going a bit far in my opinion
