Ok so I've had a few ladies ask me how I got to my current shape, so I thought I'd give the logging 1 more try.

Hope you ladies don't mind but I'm taking you on a journey with a few stops along the way. ;)

Competition Stops:

Photo Shoots/ Video Shoots
Music video- July 14-15th.

Current Stats:
Height:5'0 ft
Weight:102lbs
BF % not sure

Physical goals: to lean out the legs alittle more, and to work on the shoulders.

I'm sure you all know I just competed this last weekend, so my diet is alittle loose this week. Hell I've been sick since Monday night, so I haven't even gotten the chance to eat something I'd enjoy, lol. I think I caught a stomach bug or something, cause I was vomitting like crazy on Monday night, I thought I was going to die, and stomach is still not feeling so great, all I ate yesterday was soup.

Training I'm off completely until Monday, nothing really exciting for me to post until then, since I'm on a break from a "diet" and training until Monday. But I'll syill post what I'm eating.

Note: If you're dieting just be careful of what you might read in the next few days, once I feel better I'm going to have something yummy! :elephant:

Jens, yes I remember that cake, unforunately that cake in on South Beach, lol.

So yesterday looked like this:

Fruit salad with granola (yum yum!) and a muffin

Couple of bites of chicken and veggies, then changed my mind and wanted toast, so I had 2 toast with PB and jam :)

A muffin

1/2 a muscle milk protein bar

Caesar salad with grilled chicken and and some bites of my huney's carrot cake.

Yeah which flavor :p I got one (the Vanilla Toffee Crunch one) for one of my post comp cheats just never got around to eating it yet :chomp: So I will live vicariously through you instead LOL

And SBT, I'm shocked you don't know me too well, lol of course it was the chocolate peanut butter 1 :p

Yesterday looked like this:

PB and jam on 1 rice cake

Fruit salad with granola

2 whole wheat toast with PB and jam

1/2 a portion of pasta and Italian sausage

2 mini Oh yeah bars

Went to the movies and had 10 Timbits (5 chocolate, 5 cherry) :evil:

1/2 of a small thin crust pizza with pepperoni, sausage and pineapple, 1/4 of a piece of chocolate cookie cheesecake :chomp:

LOL my current diet will be posted today, that was from my week break after the show. Yesterday I did a 1 day juice fast, just to give the digestion tract a break.

Close-grip press 3 sets of 15 (45lbs)

Pushdowns 3 sets of 15 (50lbs)

Cable kickbacks 3 sets of 15 (5lbs)

20 minutes of sprints

Meal 5
25g protein shake
10g glutamine

1.5 oz of pecans


Notes: Ok so I'm feeling really strong right now, I'm holding back on the weight cause I don't want to injure myself, and my sex drive is just crazy. Before the comp this wasn't so. And I'm not taking any supps, just a multi vitamin and alittle glutamine, and my weight is dropping, and I'm not doing anywhere close to the training I was, or cardio, I've only done 3 sessions of 15 to 20 minutes this week, none at all last week, and before the show I was up to 2 30 minute sessions a day. So wierd!
 
Good for you, girl!! How nice that you are already in such good condition that you just have to eat clean and consistently just get in there to train and keep losing! Nice job!!
 
Thanks Mun, the thing is this isn't my first time doing a show, I've done others and usually gain weight after.

Heavy, to be honest I'm not sure, last week, everyday was probably over 2000, this week, I've been eating clean, high protein, and watching the carbs, cut them out for a few days also, but not like I did before the comp. And the reason for that was to carb up today for my shoot tomorrow.

So today looked like this:

June 22nd

Meal 1
1/2 banana
3 tbsp cream of rice (measured before cooking)
25g protein

Meal 2
Clif bar

Meal 3
5 oz sweet potato
2oz chicken

Meal 4
banana oatmeal muffin
2oz chicken

Meal 5
5oz potato
2oz chicken

Meal 6
1 rice cake
1 tbsp peanut butter

No training or cardio today.
 
Hey everyone, well the photoshoot took basicly all day, so today's diet looked like this, 1 protein bar, lol It went well though, when I get the pics I'll show you some, well only if you want to see. :)

These are some of my favorite pictures of you.

You don't take ANY bad pictures, but I like these a million times better than the other ones I have seen .... much better clothes, body is smashing, just phenominal overall.
 
Thank you Daisy, I really like these too, I'm getting more and more comfortable with these shoots. ANd as for the body, haha I've been busting my ass I think everything is coming together for me, well I hope so, we'll see.

I'm sorry for the slacking ladies, I feel bad that I started this new journal and I just don't have the time to update it daily. My diet has been good, and training is great, getting stronger :) I gained a pound, haha.

LOL No my weight is maintaining at like 103-104lbs.

Here is what my diet was looking like last week (I ate the same thing everyday)

Meal 1
grapefruit
1 whole egg/ 3 egg whites

Meal 2
3oz chicken
large green salad
1tbsp flaxseed oil

Meal 3
1 1/2C of broccoli
3oz salmon

Meal 4(post workout)

Had a phootshoot today. The video was cancelled for now.

Nice job on the shoulder presses,e specially..dayum..I think 30 was my max (with help)..Tiny tot is strong as hell! :heart:
