Misconceptions with ECY stack?

Is this more of a fat burner, or an appetite suprresnent, or stimulant??

I have incorportaed it mainly to get a jump in a gym which it does give me very well. (50 mg E, 5 mg Y, 200 mg C.)

This also kills my appetite. I luv the feeling of not being hungru every 2 hours and eating a controlled amount without the cravings for sugar.

Has this been proven to burn fat??

Yep. I can dig the studies up for you if you want though I belive they've been posted somewhere on here before.

*ORAL* Y isnt going to do much for A2 receptors though but has a pretty good impact on NE release and therefore fat-loss
 
Yes, the EYC stack works very well. To get the *best* benefits from it you should take it first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, as well as on a low carb/keto diet, as carbs will/can blunt yohimbine HCL's lipolysis effects
