I would listen to dylan man, he helped me clean up my diet and workout to cut about a month and a half ago and since then I've dropped 3% bf and gotten stronger all natty. Guy knows his stuff
I buy this stuff called mootopia at the grocery store its fat free, low carb and high protein but hits u in the wallet. check ur dairy section for something similar. it tastes pretty normal if u need a good milk fix.

try cooking in a scoop of whey protein with your egg whites... you should be taking your shakes with water...
try eating fat free plain greek yogurt as opposed to milk bro...
i have tested this theory out many of times and EVERYTIME i cut milk out I cut up so much better and trust me, i keep EVERYTHING else the same and try it with or without and when i cut it completely out it makes such a big difference...
No problem bro, since you helped me out, all aspects have been on point, best results if seen since I started lifting. Also love the compliments I get now from being so much more defined, didn't lose any lean mass! I'll always take your advice as golden rule man your opinions have definitely proven full proof to me!
