Milk thistle and ZITS

One week into taking milk thistle.
Im not taking any gear.
but I have started breaking out.
pimples arent really a problem for me usually.

is it just my body cleansing itself?

My diet hasnt changed and as i said before im not taking any drugs.

I started to take them.......because im a hypercondriac and thought its time i clean out my liver

it is just your liver detoxing , i had the same but add in some migraines, drink lots of lemon water
