Try this. The recruiters are always asking if you have a buddy that wants to join. Tell them you do but he just got off a cycle of steroids a month ago and it stays in your system for a few months and that will open it up for you to ask the recruiter straight up if they test for it because of your concern for your imaginary friend. people ask about their imaginary friend in this forum all the time lol

Yeah, I'm sure that'll work like a charm! lmao

"See I have this friend, his name is Tuper Sech, no it's not me really..."

ya so what servie was everyone in? im joing the army and just wanted to know wut everyone else did and how it went

I spent 5yrs in the Army & loved it, the part I didn't love was being poor! I was a married SGT w/1 kid & 1 on the way when I got out. Had I have stayed in, I would have qualified for foodstamps, great compensation for a fucking Non Commisioned Officer don't ya think! lol I've heard it has gotten much better pay wise since then though, I got out in '98. Oh, I was a generator mechanic/motor sgt

Did 10 years as a 18 Delta...saw plenty of guys jacked up, Had friends that were on.
Had a C.O. that was on because I watched his BP and labs for him. Its only a
issue if you make it an issue. :artist:

You said it bro. I get a credit at the end of the year because I technically live below the poverty level. Of course when you factor in the free housing it is better but for the hours we put in we are making crap. I'm also married with a kid.

So apparently it hasn't gotten that much better, maybe my good friend that is still in just says that because he is now an E-7 on the E-8 list! haha I had just gotten back from 3.5yrs over seas so I had no car = car payment & the waiting list for elisted housing at Ft. Campbell was insane = rent. I lived about 4 miles from work and was constantly worried about keeping gas in my car! That being said, I can't imagine where I would have found the money for juice back then!
