44" chain suspended GM's:
145x3,3, 165x3, 195x1,1,1, 215x1, 235x1, 255x0, 255x1, 275x0, 275x1

I'm sure I did those wrong.. any comments would be appreciated.

Snatch grip deadlifts:
145x2,2 165x2,2,2, 195x1,1 - not to failure, working on form.

Partial Glute-ham raises: 3 sets
Reverse Hypers: 10,10,10
Straight Leg Situps: 25 lbs: 10,10,10
Calf raises: 3 sets
 
youve kinda got the right idea MR, but you should lower the chains alot, thats much to high for a chain suspended GM. maybe lower it another foot tops.

I was going off info from Spatts and Hannibal - they do GM's at 44" or 36", and mine is set at 44.

I remember reading somewhere how to tell if you did a GM or a quarter squat - I can't find it now, but I think it had to do with where the bar was in relation to your feet.
