Snatch grip deadlifts:
145x2,2 165x2,2,2, 195x1,1 - not to failure, working on form.
Partial Glute-ham raises: 3 sets
Reverse Hypers: 10,10,10
Straight Leg Situps: 25 lbs: 10,10,10
Calf raises: 3 sets
