great mike glad you're back to strength! Get some rest I feel the same way so tired.....
I just started a new job at a sawmill. I'm working 4 10 hour shifts a weeks. We start at 5am and the section I'm in we basically pull all sizes of lumber from 2x4 up to 12x20 and at times we have to pull that shit fast. It's a helluva workout. I definitely have found my cardio and bicep's exercise.
So ya, 10 hours of that since lunch doesn't count to the time.
Quit crying.
lol, just giving you a hard time. I remember boot camp and we typically went to sleep around 10:30 to 11 at night and then woke up at 4am. Kinda sucked. I remember at that point in time I wasn't used to only sleeping 5.5-6 hours a night and would dose off during the day sometimes.
You know you're sleep deprived when you dose off while marching for a couple seconds, then wake up and you haven't even gone out of position. Good times.
I'm not complaining cause it sucks, I likee getting up early. The only thing that bothers me is that it inhibits my muscle growth, I could care less about haveing to wake up if I didn't lift weights.

 I get up at 5:45 M and W, and 5:00 on Friday's. On Tuesdays and Thursday I dont get up until the late hour of 7:15. But I'm in the only all freshman dorm so it's really hard to get to bed before 12:00 on weeknights. I usually get about 5 hours sleep on morning pt night, going to make some of that up today with a long nap
