Day 1 took 3 doses of 200mg throughout the day.
Day 2 took 3 doses of 200mg throughout the day.
Day 3 so far only took 1 dose (gotta late start) so far, I'm up very late so I have time to space the other 2
I realize the doses is high for my weight and for the fact that this is my first cycle. I was originally planning on doing day 1 and possibly 2 for 600 then backing down to 400 since witht he halflife of DNP the dose would build.
Ok, The only time I was sweaty hot was on day2 after a massive pasta dinner. (also the same time it was time for a dose)
Other than that I've been quite comfortable, a little warm but nothing uncomfortable. Weighed in today (day3) at 173 I assume its water weight, since I have quite a bit of carbs the night before and DNP holds water. I've been drinking like crazy but don't piss as much as I normally would drinking this much. Mabe because I'm holding alot of the water, or because I'm losing alot through my skin and breath.
I trained today, and did quite well, didn't feel too hot ect.. I was a bit hot but thats because it was actually hot in the gym (didn't turn the air on, instead just opened the doors and it was hottest day of the year so far (80s).
I already have a low BF% (not sure what it is, but abs visible with no flex ect.. 10%mabe, wild guess) could that be one reason for seemingly such a resistance to DNP?
Its really pissing me off that I'm not miserably hot just mildly warm. I feel like its not working and with the water rentention I'll be damned if theres a way to tell.
Its possible that the pills are underdosed, even then I should still be getting at least 400mg a day and feel effects. (though really dnp is cheap why underdose the clients).
Of course I don't want to overdose, but whats the deal here.
