Hey bros:
Im a bit concerned at my low HDL, but happy with results so far, and decided to post mid-cycle results and ask for feedback.
Current Cycle
currently at end of week 5 out of 8)
Omnadren 500 mg/wk
Primo 500 mg/wk
20 mg proviron ED
10 mg aromasin ED
T3 50 mcg tapered
Supplements:
Glucurell, Sesapure, fish oil, levorex, liver detox, red yeast rice, Policosanol.
Diet:
4300-4700 Cals/day on workout days, ~3800-4000 non-workout days
Sample macros:
Fat: 126 1135 27%
Sat: 23 208 5%
Poly: 43 386 9%
Mono: 51 455 11%
Carbs: 378 1366 33%
Fiber: 37 0 0%
Protein: 410 1639 40%
Workout:
Modified HST MWF. light cardio/core Tu, th, sat.
Results:
(Stats: 31 yo, 6ft 2, ~15 yrs lifting on and off, 5th cycle. This is first cycle in 5 yrs though)
Weight: pre-cycle 202 (~8-11% BF based on 3-site digital calipar test)
Now: 219 (~8-10% BF based on 3-site digital calipar test)
I may be higher BF as my abs are not very well defined and i tend to pinch ~17-18 mm at abs w/ calipars. My thighs and chest are very tight and I measure 4-5 mm each w/ calipars.
Blood test:
Pre-cycle all was normal except HDL was a bit low at 39. Pre-cycle total cholesterol 160
Now: Cholest: 170
Triglycerides: 88
LDL: 129
HDL (LOW) 23
TSH 1.277
T4 (LOW) 3.8
T3 UPTAKE (high): 40%
free thyroxine index 1.5
CBC all normal
Other abnormal results:
LDH:262 (High)
AST: 62 (HIGH)
I plan to up the Policosanol dose and add flush-free niacin for my HDL. All other liver results were normal so I think AST/LDH was a result of heavy workout w/ deads, squats etc ~18 hours prior to blood test.
I threw in T3 so i am ramped up for last 2 weeks of cycle to try and shred off 3-4 lbs of fat as I do a quick taper to ~2400 cals/day, then will go back up to ~3200 cals/day for PCT.
