Well, i'm not happy what so ever with how i've been training. Since i've started logging and watching what i've been doing i think i just end up creating more of a problem than anything. So i'm going to follow someone elses prog, bill star's 5x5 which a lot of you guys are happy with yourself.

height 5'11

monday, wends, friday will be my lifting days. I have a bad habbit of over training, so i'm gonna kinda go againts myself and start light. I know this will hinder progess a bit, but its better than getting exhausted or giving up/missing days.

i'm also going to record my sessions and post them, with no gym access this could get tricky, but i'll find a way around that.

k, checking in, lifting at home, just a bench. The local planet fitness is very veyr expensive and very very unlifting friendly, dumbbells to 50lbs, no grunting or posing, it's just so god damm gay.. anyways

i skipped wends and just made it up today, gonna set what would have been friday to saturday, just listening to my body and i know i started way to heavy. Today was great thow i got a really good pump threwout, diet is on check minus a cheat meal i had on vday

biggest thing is squats with no squat rack, i've made up for it by doing lighter weight but higher reps, 10-12.. which i don't really like but thats life.
