I have a few quick questions here. Trying to gain muscle and lose fat
1) I want to do both cardio and weights first thing in the morning when I wake up. Should I do cardio or weights first and what should I eat before if anything? (When doing weights and cardio I don't plan on doing intense cardio...45 minutes speed walking on treadmill at incline)
2) Whichever one I do first (cardio or weights) should I eat or drink something in between the two or go right into the other session?
3) What should I eat immediately after the second session...shake, real food, or both? or drink a shake immediateley after and food later?
4) Is it better to do cardio and weights back to back or do one in the morning and one in the afternoon?
