I've heard that if you eat 6 meals a day, you lose more weight than you would by eating 2 or 3. can anyone touch up on this?
 
It's not 6 meals a day vs 2 or 3. It's 6 smaller (depending on your size) well balanced meals. Keeps your metabolism consistent...
 
im eating 7-9 meals a day!
but when i was cutting, it was 5-6 small meals.
when cutting, its quality not quantity
 
Will I loose more weight by eating more small meals, say 6 than 3 small meals? I just can't seem to burn off that love handle fat.
 
do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, atleast 30-45 min. cut you carbs out, and buy some keto stix from the pharmacy. you wanna get as close to being in a state of kentisis without actaully going in. the keto stix will tell you how close you are. that should work perfect, if not, but some gh and site inject, lol.
 
My normal day consists of waking up, eating a bowl of cereal w/ skim milk. I eat a salad w/ chicken around lunch. Go running then a little later for 20-1 and a half. I vary this and do it 4-5 times a week. Dinner, I eat a well balanced meal, and follow up by lifting pretty intense in the evening. Come back and have a protein shake. Thats basically it. Yeah sometimes I snack and eat pizza, or some type of pasta or dessert, but not too often. The bottom line is I can't trim off my love handles and I still have some flab around my waist. I used to take ephederine pills before they were banned and that helped some. What can I do to get rid of the fat in these areas?
