meal replacements?

I am two weeks into a var only cycle. I just got a new job that is taking up most all of my time. With work and lifting I have little time to concentrate on my diet. Consequently I have been taking 3 myoplexis a day and then trying to get a few good meals. Am I blowing it?

Not really blowing it but it pays and is indeed essential to get a lot of good food in you. Use protein supps and eat well for best results.

Kind of. There is no substitute for good healthy food. I would just try cooking your meals in bulk, days in advance, then seperate them into meals, and take them to work. Thats what I used to do. Most businesses have a fridge somewhere in the building, do you have access to one?

No. I eat two meal replacements bars everyday. I also am having trouble finding time to eat a meal. I usually eat breakfeast, protein bar, lunch, shake after lifting and protein bar, dinner, and then another dinner. If the protein bar say meal replacements then thats just what they are.

Its very easy to get out of the habit of eating. Before we only ate when we were hungry, but now we need protein every 2 - 3 hours and 4000 - 6000 Good Calories. I agree with Androjunkie. I have the same problem but on my evenings I grill loads of chicken brests and this makes up 2 days of food. I wrap them in silver paper and bring them to work with me. I make peanut sandwiches before I go to bed and bring them into work with me also. They are great bulkers and only take less than a few minutes to eat. Always have a bag of walnuts on my desk, so these make a continuous snack. Have a tin of tuna or two. Who cares if the person beside you complains of a fish smell, it goes away in a minute or two. I have a bottle of water on my desk as well to keep fluids in. All this food requires little effort, but will drive up your calories along with your protein shakes and weight gainers.

Gotta go with Andro on this one. Using an MRP a few times a day may be okay, but rewal food is where it's at. Side from my PW shake, only 1-2 meals are MRP's for me, one of which is my bedtime whey/cassien blend.

and snacked on wheat bread dipped in olive oil..
