Yeah I can do a gm fine I am just a little nervous about doing a free standing one for a 3 rep max, I have never seen anyone doing this, always off chains it seems....just trying to see if anyone else does them free standing and heavy

i did them like this before i ever tried chains and i love them. i would just make sure you have spotters if your going real heavy. i done them with lil knee bend and bent over to parallel slow and strict and came back up.

do them in a power cell and pu the pins just lower than you woul normally go, if anything feels wrong bend you legs and the bar with settle on the safety bars. it helps me a lot ...

LB: I want to do one in January or febuary.....I just need to buy knee wraps, wrist wraps, a belt, a double denim shirt, some briefs and a squat suit.....oh and a pink bandanna...lol
