Maxing out training

I have a curiosity to know how much I can do maxing out the weights at the gym on each lift. Do you think it would be a smart idea to do this for a week where I just try to do one rep Maxes on each exercise just to see. Or is that a stupid idea and why

you should get a spotting partner and try 3 rep max to see where you are before you go 1 rep max

No need to max out bc of injury risk. Nothing wrong with lifting heavy but you mostly want to lift with good form. Most of the time your form goes to shit when you try a 1 rep max.
