I would have to say, consume whatever you can handle depending on your goals. Right now I'm cutting and my PW shake has only 40 grams pro, and 40 carb. But when I want to pack it on, after heavy squats, deads, shrugs and bent rows, You better believe I'm eating near 100 grams pro and 150 carb. I apollogise to my wife in advance as I chug it down, cause its just the beginning of fart season.
