I start my summer cycle in 3 weeks. As some know Im a college athlete (baseball) and Im debating on running materon or winny. What do yall think?I took 3 weeks off since since season ended up short this year and have been relaxing and enjoying some lazy time.... Any ways, time to get back into shape. I do alot a calestinics, cardio type excercise to stay lean.. currently at 5'11 202 @13% bf. Leaning away from the winny since i throw alot and dont want dry joints for the elbow.. winny or masteron?
Week 1-10 sust 750mg
4-10 tren 37.5mg ed
masteron 50mg ed
Or
winny ed @50 mg(oral)
average intake in calories for the past week have 30g of fat, 200g of carbs and 225g of protien. Cycle starts ill bump protien to 250g and lower carbs to 175g... so basically whats better,
350mg of materon a week or 350mg of winny a week?
Shouldnt have to exxplain goals...strenght, agility, speed, 4-8lb gain with 3-5%bf lost..
