Hi, i'm a 16 year old kid who has lost about 50lbs, and is now to skinny, and want to bulk up. I need advice on how many calories I should get each day, and wether or not "cheating" is as critical to me. I lift, and work on a farm for 5-7 hours a day. Please, any advice would be appreciated. (PS: My body weight now is a whole whopping 122lbs, I need to gain)
