Mass and Size training

Hi, I am an intermediate lifter who was blessed with the ability to pack mass on fast and strength. My spree hit a fat wall and I've been stuck for the past 6 months. Does anyone have any experience with 5x5 strong lifts, German Volume Training, Modified WestSide Barbell, or any other training programs? If so, what would you recommend?

The biggest and most important thing in training isn't the program. Honestly programs mean jack shit. You can make gains or not make any from any given one. The key is to listen to your body and learn it. Know when to push and when to back off. I never train with any constraints in terms of reps or sets. I do as many or as few as I need. I kick my ass until I can't take any more. My body tells me when enough is enough. Instinct is your best guide.

One thing I found that works so well for me is to do 2 weeks straight of crossfit. It's a great way to mix up the routine and get functional gains. Then it's back to packing on strength.
