Married people..How often do you get sex?

Ya know being a married man I could never understand why men cheated on their wives. I mean why get married in the first place? Through the years I can now say I understand why some do. If your not getting a connection at home you gotta get it somewhere else. I have had times in these 11 years that I have met girls and known as friends that I felt a spark for but never acted on it. These days it would be harder to resist that spark if it were to come again.

As a man of experience (married 18 years this Jan.) I can tell you it is all downhill after kids.

We waited 10 years before we had children and avg about 4 times a week. Even when my wife was pregnant with our first and was not suppsed to orgasam for fear of early delivery she would initiate activities to insure I was satisfied.

Boom kid # 1 comes we are both so tired and cranky that we start to just pass when it comes to sex. Average drops to like once a week with no increase and then Bam! Kid #2. we now are averaging like once a month......THIS SHIT SUCKS!!!!

My youngest is now 3, stress is still there but I am trying to make the effort to rekindle our sex life and she is willing too.

We now are back to the 1 time a week phase. I'm hoping that as the kids get older and more independent we will get back to where we were before.

Hang in there, If you two love each other you will get back to where you started.......I'm hoping I do !!!

I beg to differ. My wife and I have plenty of kids and plenty of sex. The best sex I've ever had with my wife came after kids and by the way sex while she's pregnant is great too!

I disagree. You even said that in your personal experience the sex was good right? I think it is usually more a case of financial problems, physical or verbal abuse, a lack of love, separation, incompatible extended families or a plain lack of maturity/committment.
