Any guys here Married 15+ years and still deeply in LOVE with their wife?

you can file this under never. marriage is overrated. i don't need a piece of paper telling the world that we are devoted to each other and are supposedly in love with each other.

marriage is not a piece of paper...the paper part came way way after the idea of marriage and not all countries even use a "paper" so I don't get the whole "i dont need paper" thing.

The thing about marriage is; It's a ceremony, in front og God & the world, all your friends & family announcing your love for each other. And your acceptance of your responsibility towards that person.

agreed, and with that no paper is required.

then of course there is the law in some countries that require this "paper" for the legal part, god does not require the paper.

Hmmmmm at least TWO MEN have acknowledged this feeling, yet other men say: IT DOESNT EXIST.

What is it that these two men know, that the others do not?

I'll agree the paper isn't required. But IMO the pomp & ceremony is.

My parents? No doubts at all.
I can pretty safely make the same statment for my mom and step father they have been together going on 24 years married almost 20 I think. They had rough patches with us kids growing up it is very difficult to be raising kids in step parent enviroment anywho I would say for sure now they are two of the happiest people I know. Very much in love with one another and life. Shit I would be too if I spent 4 months of the year on the beach in FL chillin.

If you saw the dynamic between my parents you'd understand. There is no bullshit at all. None. I woudlnt' even question it. Frankly I've already sort of seen that my dad probably can't live (literally) w/o my mom.

14+ years and still way into her. . .we have 6 yo twin girls and a 14 mo old boy (we had trouble getting started) and we still get busy 3 to 5 times per week. . .she's still the best thing that EVER happened to me and i really don't deserve her. :)

But you do need it for your taxes.

notice no guys posted about their fathers being deep deep in-love with mom?
Actually my parents were like that. They married when Mom was 16 & Dad was 18. When I was a selfish, hateful teen I thought my Mom was a Bitch & my Dad was a spineless worm. Turns out it was love & he would do anything for her. I truly understand. They were married almost 30 yrs when Mom passed away.

lol @ the women's answers for their parents.

my parents are still together after 30 years. deeply in love? They like to act like it. But the reality is, they probably realize they'd never find the same connection with anyone else again, and it'd be scary as hell to be on your own after 30 years with your parents now gone and everyone else wrapped up in their own families.

Lets be real here now/

I agree....people of the past did not have to sign legal agreements, or "Contracts". It is the Jewish influence on Modern culture that has created this. Signing a "contract" for everything is a Jewey practice. Flame away but you know I am right...Think about it.
