1 or 2 pm = 2 meals of Polish pork chops, sauerkraut, potatoes
One hour later = Amino acids, vitamins, other "suppliments", chocolate
Dinner = Meat, sauerkraut, potatoes
Midnight = protein shake, more chocolate
3 or 4 am = more chocolate
