Moderation is key. I'm bulking now and I get done what needs to be done BEFORE I stone. I do my shots, and pack my gym gear. Depending on the type of MJ I have, I either roll a blunt or pack a big bowl and take it with me. I get my workout in, don't cut it short or anything, and on my way back home I smoke up. It's extremely relaxing and I personally believe that it helps the muscles rebuild, but thats probably me jsut talking out my ass lol. When i get home I eat something moderately large and if need be smoke a little more just before dinner time. Works excellent for me. Just make sure you get your shit done before hand.
