Personally, I do not smoke pot, but I have nothing against people who do. Some of my friends do and I have in the past. But I wonder if there has been any studies to show the effects of weed on weight training and muscular develpment. Some positive side effects I can see from it's use is an increased appetite (Make sure you eat the right things) and the ability to relax, and for me at least fall asleep. What kind of adverse side effects could come about from using it while weight training? What are some of your personal experiences with it?
