Extra lean ground turkey is good. You can make meatloaf with it, decent meatballs, turkey burgers, whatever. There's a company that sells blue crab in sealed pouches that is actually decent. You can get lump blue crab meat for maybe $5-6 and it's a decent portion. Barilla Plus (I think that's what it's called) is protein enriched pasta that cooks and tastes decent. I'll have that with chicken, garlic, roasted eggplant and just a little sauce. Costco has great lamb for good prices. Buffalo mozzarella is lean and has decent amt. of protein. Amy's organic foods has good frozen foods that are ok as far as fat and shit go and they taste good. Yogurt with whey protein, pretzles with peanut butter.
