Don't worry about macros and micros - I'll take care of all that (fuck, I'm smart). I'm working on a nutritional plan for my recovery time and am just sick of the same ol shit - eggs, chicken, mixed veggies, tuna, etc.
I want a few new things. Nothing too expensive or too high maint, but something new here.
Some things I haven't eaten in forever that I can throw in:
cottage cheese & fruit
steak / turkey
br rice
I need a good replacement for chix too.
