Using the syringe it comes with...

S4 @ 50mg day.

That's at the number 5, right? That's a 25mg dose.

Same for the OSTA @ 25mg a day.

The number 5 for a 25mg dose?

Try taking a sip of juice and keeping it in your mouth while you squirt the SARMs in.....my rat seems to think it helps.

Osta will work at as low as 10mg
