I have two weeks until my next meet and just weighed in this morning at 151. I have to be under 148.75 on meet day. So far so good, as I have come down from about 156. I've doing carb rotation and I think it has worked well so far. My strength has been up the whole time. This week and next will be my heaviest weeks. I do low carb on Mon, Tues, and Fri and moderate carb on Wed and Thurs. Saturday has been my "cheat" day and Sunday I do higher carbs because it's leg day. I've also been trying to increase my water from 1 gal/day to 2 gal/day. Of course, that means I spend half my day in the bathroom!
Just thought I would post all of this online to give me a little extra motivation. Dieting sure does suck sometimes, even though it's worth it in the end.
