Making chicken tasty!!!

I always do the same old thing: chicken seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper. Sometimes I bread it with whole wheat Panko crumbs. I am so sick of the same old shit I can barely eat chicken anymore.

Please give me a few good ways to make chicken tasty, yet healthy! Please!!!
Thanks :Chef:

Ingredients:

* 3 lbs chicken (any combination -- ideal if they are similar sizes -- works great for thighs, but I've done a variety)
* 1/3 cup soy sauce
* 1/4 cup oil, such as light olive oil or peanut oil
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or two garlic cloves, pressed)
* 2 teaspoons five spice powder
* 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
* 1 tablespoon dry sherry

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except chicken, and use as marinade. Then, marinate chicken at least an hour, but can marinate overnight. Bake in a 375 F. oven (baste once or twice), or grill, for about 45 minutes or until done.

I stole this from about.com . I made it up last week, and it was the nicest chicken id eaten for a LONG time. Everyone who stole some from me said it was nice then store bought, and its low carb too! So ideal for cutting!

my easy curry.

8 chicken breasts cubed
1/2 cup curry, tbsp cilantro, 1/4 cup diced onion, 2 diced garlic cloves, 1 cup chicken stock.. or water

cut the chick up and throw all ingredients into a pan and bake, or stove top cook.

OooOOOoOo.......curry mMMmmmmMMM... now ya talkn

I marinate some breasts in fresh squeezed OJ, chooped garlic and ginger mixed with some EVOO a shot of soy sauce and worchestershire and grill

buy needto's book!

and chick out other chicken threads. there are tons of them!

just try marinating with random things. thats my fav thing to do.

boil that shit then shred it with your hands or a fork and store it - then when its time to eat simmer it in something and let it reduce (some garlic & cilantro, green chili verde sauce and a ltitle water for example)

adds a "juicyness" and loses the rubbery feel of sliced up chicken breast... it keeps me sane

chicken breast, marinate with light soy sauce, 2-3 tbsp evoo, garlic powder, chicken broth powder and white ground pepper, this taste amazing on the grill. works great with steaks too. i would let it marinade for atleast 12 hours for the flavors to soak in but if your in a rush, you can soak it for 20 minutes
