making an eca stack

i want to make my own eca stack. How much of each should i use?

Depends how much you can tolerate of each of the ingredients. Why not go w/ low doses and work your way up?

personally i wouldnt use caffeine. also i would reccoment around 25 mg. ephedrine, 200 mg. caffeine twice a day. here is a site with all the info u need.

what he said plus you can custom dose it.. a little caffeine here a bit of ephedra there and so forth

I make my own

e - ephedrine hcl 25mg
c - caffeine 200 mg
a - half an aspirin

Type Caffeine and Ephedrine HCL into a search engine and you'll find plenty of links to get them cheap. Much cheaper than the BB supps and you'll know the exact potency of every does unlike the herbal ECA stacks....

u can leave of the aspirin, its not really needed.
