Right now you are at abou 137lbs LBM - you are not far from your goal... (only 16lbs LBM)
The fact you have lost over 5lbs of fat and losing only less than a 10th of a pound of muscle is pretty impressive - and it tells me you got the dieting part down... (this is a compliment dude)
BESIDES the fact that it will be a LOT easier adding 16lbs of muscle at 12-15%bf than it will at 10% (unless you are juicing-then who gives a fuck)
You should just bulk now and save yourself some freaking time and effort, you got the dieting thing down cold (6lbs fat and less than a 10th muscle is freaking rediculous), just put on the mass and you will be good to go....
And take a midol chubbs...
PS - I posted a pic from the meet - granted it was not great or shirtless, but for 262 at 6'1 you have to admit it looks hella good... send me a camera and I will post pics all over this mofo....
