slice up a tomato into 1/2 inch slices. spread them out, scoop a bunch of cottage cheese over it and sprinkle (or pour, depending on your tast buds) some salt and pepper over it. its pretty good.
You can also put it in a salad with chicken breast for some extra protien. that's really good!
If you cook lasagna, ad a layer of cc in there.
