I need help with implementing a cardio routine. The problem is i do way too much cardio. I do about 2 45 minutes sessions, and they are intesnse sessions. I just want to maintain right now, maybe a littel lean mass would not hurt. I got my bfat tested yesterday, and I have 3.9%, so i do not want to lower anything. I am tired of doing so much cardio, so does anyone have some suggestions as to how much cardio i can do to just maintain what I have. Im scared if i do less t hen ill lose some, advice please.

When you say 2 45 minute sessions, do you mean 2 a day or 2 a week?
Kind of hard to judge without having the exact numbers... and 3.9% BF? Wholy shit thats incredibly low... Kind of unhealthy to stay that low too long in my opinion, but I bet your abs are tearin through your skin...

Dr bones thanks for getting back to me. Anyway yes i wa saying that i do 2 45 minutes sessions a day. I know twice a day is kinda crazy. So any suggestions for maintenence. Also, i do maintain about 4% year round, so i dont know how healthy that is. Right now is my low point at 3.8, 3.9. I was wandering what the bad side effects were for getting obtaining a low bfat level for a long period of time.

We have fat on our bodies for a reason my friend.

Are you doing that much cardio for the sole purpose of burning fat, or are you into something that requires cardio at that level? If its just for fat burning, you're way into the overkill range. What are your stats? height/weight/age?
