Dave, I remember reading that. It was right after his sons turned him in.. He used that exact terminology.

I'm sure lawyers going after the family who took in all that stolen money i'm sure had nothign to do with it.

Fuck his family. If they had any conscience - they'd all turn in all the cash they had gotten. Could've even saved Madoff a jail term. But did they? NO. They ran and hid the money and let dad take the fall. They deserve whatever they get. Do feel bad for the 2 y/o - but hopefully he'll get a real dad to be proud of.
