Sorry, how much Maca were you taking to get results, to be more precise.

Can't recommend a specific amount, I usually take double of what's recommended in the back of the label. I shopped around and tried to find the purest one, or best one. And took double the recommended dose, and I felt it worked for me.

risky, so what brand, and what place did you settle on? Doesn't kilo sell it?

I bought mine from Vitamin shop. They had like 8 brands to choose from. I chose theirs b/c it showed it had the 6% active ingredient in there, the others didn't. And it was a blend of root and leafs i think. So I thought that was the best one I had found, never searched on the internet, so can't say anything about that.
